The Second Vatican Council teaches us that the development of Tradition, guided by the Holy Spirit, takes place through the "contemplation and study made by believers" (Dei Verbum). Such "contemplation and study" is characteristic of Dominican spirituality, which the University Parish of St. Thomas Aquinas seeks to advance through its Prayer and Study Days.
